[Bug 4558] Some numeric keypad keys don't work in user mode

The numeric keypad works correctly in the console for NT-derived versions of
Windows. It did not, as I recall, work in 95, 98 or ME for Win32 console
applications. It's been years since. It did work in those versions for DOS
applications. Besides, is it the goal of Wine to duplicate every bug in
Windows, even the obsolete versions, or is doing better an option?
