Sadly, as the attached backtrace will show, I can't get them to install properly under WINE. Also, did you remove that dll/override it? I've run it from both NTFS and from EXT4 partitions, and MSXML6 doesn't have an override that works on x64 that I'm aware of. My first thought was to mark this as a duplicate, but your console output does look different from what's posted in that bug, so I didn't. I, too, think this bug is probably invalid because of running from a Windows partition and the use of native dlls (the backtrace shows native jscript).
