FlatOut2 demo with built-in d3dx9_36.dll does not start and gives following error message: fixme:d3dx:D3DXCreateEffectEx (0x13e7b8, 0xc1d608, 1106, (nil), (nil), (nil), 0, (nil), 0x33fad0, 0x33fafc): semi-stub Full log attached. With native d3dx9_36.dll works fine. I think same bug. If you agree, please reopen.
