With the new Egl backend the in-game mouse pointer works and functional but it
is invisible in the menus in Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge.
Happens in virtual desktop and full-screen mode as well.
Once you start or load a game from the menu, the mouse cursor appears
correctly. Switching back from the running game to the menus by pressing <Esc>
*sometimes* results the invisible cursor issue, other times the cursor remains
visible. This doesn't happen when using the "old" GLX backend.

The bug is not present with nouveau-vulkan (NVK) on Mesa 25.2.5 or when using
the nouveau driver under X11 with software renderer (llvmpipe).
