With current git in ubuntu 18.10, wine fails to compile the d3d12 dll with the
following error message

Fixed in current git (sha fa26231748...)
But obviously, there is no support for D3D12 in ubuntu 18.10 because libvkd3d
is 1.0.4, that is too old.
