[Bug 59259] New: Red Alert 3 Shows a Double Entry of the Wine User Name in Network Mode and Kicks Out Joining Players
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59259 Bug ID: 59259 Summary: Red Alert 3 Shows a Double Entry of the Wine User Name in Network Mode and Kicks Out Joining Players Product: Wine Version: 11.0-rc5 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: ntoskrnl Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: scottkidman@protonmail.com Distribution: --- Created attachment 80179 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=80179 Red Alert 3 Error Log Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 shows a double entry when a user using Wine connects to the Network lobby. Also, ONLY the player using Wine can create the game. Lastly, the joining players (i.e.the ones using Windows or the ones joining the game) are kicked out. When they are kicked out, the screen on their end reads "the host has left." This error was similar to the Command and Conquer 3 log I just filed. I am no techie, but the first line says "ntoskrnl" to be the troubled error in both cases. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59259 --- Comment #1 from Scott Kidman <scottkidman@protonmail.com> --- I should add a few things: - both the original and expansion are patched to the latest official version possible - the demo version wasn't tested because it had no multiplayer mode of any kind -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
