Wine debug log with +debugstr

There's currently a way to cause the 3D-viewport to either turn blank or
flicker while using the native Vulkan renderer. Roblox Studio appears to output
Vulkan-related errors when this occurs. Something noteworthy is that this only
occurs under winex11 and not winewayland, so I'm not sure which Wine component
to blame here.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the Graphics Mode to Vulkan (File > Studio Settings > Rendering),
then restart Studio.

2. Open the Baseplate template.

3. Press Ctrl+I and insert a Script (this will create a new tab within Studio).

4. Switch back to the tab with the 3D-viewport.
