When running tactical ops, the default resolution is 640x480.
I can change this to 1280x1024. This "works", in the sense that the monitor
resolution changes and the game switches to this resolution as well.

However, only the top left of the screen is displayed, the other 3/4 of the
screen remain dark, showing only part of the game.

$ wine --version
wine-0.9.46

Before reporting a bug, please update wine to the last version (wine-0.9.49, or
wine 0.9.50 if available) and then remove your .wine folder before installing
the software.

This is the exact same problem I have with The Settlers IV.  It might have been
fixed, now; I'll go and test it.
