Looks like you are missing the needed 32 bit parts of Wine. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31292 --- Comment #4 from Pavel <pavel1r(a)gmail.com> 2012-07-24 05:59:21 CDT --- wine (1.5.9) compiled by me behaves differently - it creates good win32 prefix with or without WINEARCH settings, but with 'WINEARCH=win64 WINEPREFIX=/home/pasha/.wine64 wineboot -u' I get an error: wine: created the configuration directory '/home/pasha/.wine64' wine: WINEARCH set to win64 but '/home/pasha/.wine64' is a 32-bit installation.
