The Winehq web page loads and appears to render correctly. If I try to access www.amazon.com (http, or https) the program experiences an error and quits. The following window is displayed: report says: Program Error The program iexplore.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If so, please attach terminal output including the backtrace with debugging symbols (your original backtrace lacks debug symbols, you have to install the debug package for Wine or compile Wine from source). I tried to reproduce the problem in 1.7.13 and wine-1.7.48-100-ge3c6777, but the result was inconsistent. With 1.7.13 the amazon.com home page crashed 3 times out of 5 attempts (always when I placed the mouse over an item), the crash always happened in 'HTMLElement_get_parentElement' in mshtml.dll In current Wine git I can't reproduce the crash but many of the product images on the front page are missing.Hyperlinks works across the website and I am able to log in without crashing iexplore. wine iexplore https://amazon.com wine-1.7.48-100-ge3c6777 Wine Gecko 2.36 installed -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. I don't see a crash, but the page doesn't seem to render correctly.

wine iexplore https://amazon.com I can't get it crashing. I used fresh wineprefix and used some links and came back to mainpage. Also it feels that all is rendered correctly. With wine-11.0-rc3, the Amazon website renders successfully in Wine iexplore without any crash. Whatever issue the reporter originally experienced has likely been fixed long ago in Wine, but there's probably not much value in trying to investigate this bug or the exact fix further, so I'm resolving this bug as abandoned. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
