When I used wineticks to download Origin, there are some error make the
programs can't work. And a Dailog tell me to report the bug and I find that I
can't close the windows.

You need to supply the console logs.

But before you do that, upgrade Wine to the latest release. 9.0 is very old and
is missing a LOT of fixes.

You should report the issue to them.

They should be able to diagnose the issue and act appropriately.
