Apologies but My bugzilla account has been deleted again (due to
inactivity) and because I no longer wish to join again so I have
contacted you

I believe This bug is fixed in the latest wine.

The software is is updated yearly. All versions of this library tested
on the latest wine succeed on fedora 6 and fedora 7.
