Tried for fun how far I would get building wine
inside a cygwin running in wine,
but should be visible with cygwin in windows too.

configure alone took around 15 minutes.


Running cygwin in wine will need a few patches, e.g. from this branch:

Below was with a more modified tree, but I hope that is
not relevant for this bug report.


Ignoring this option '-municode' in winegcc with the modification at the bottom
makes the build succeed.
A renamed winemine.exe (to avoid getting the builtin executable)
is running and looks good to me.
