No matter what one of my four monitors Medibang's main window is dragged to,
the initial start pop-ups and all menu drop-downs open in the top-left corner
of my right-most monitor.

Screenshot of main Medibang window on one monitor and described UI elements
opening on another

I've cropped out 2 of my 4 monitors as I was having trouble uploading, and
enough information is seen only with the right and main monitor seen.

Take note that the mouse is over "file" yet the start-up pop-up plus the file
drop-down is seen on the right monitor.
