It is downloadable here http://www.thelearningpit.com/plc/psim/psim.html When I install it with wine version wine-1.8.5 (Ubuntu 1.8.5-1ubuntu1) I get this in the terminal lulujoe13(a)lulujoe13-Satellite-A135:~/.wine/dosdevices/c:/PSIM-in-DOSBox$ wine PSIM.exe err:module:import_dll Library MSVBVM60.DLL (which is needed by L"C:\\PSIM-in-DOSBox\\PSIM.exe") not found err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\PSIM-in-DOSBox\\PSIM.exe" failed, status c0000135 I hope I have submitted this as you have asked. The full command line would be "winetricks vb6run". After that install the application and run again.
