1. Create and use a clean, default WINEPREFIX (~/.wine).
2. Install the program normally.
3. Open the program normally.

The 64-bit version of the program won't open, application error.

I tried to have a look and found a segfault happens in copy_user_result,
when it tries to write to address 0xfffffffffe20cc80.

This address gets calculated by a "movslq %r9d,%r9", with $r9d = 0xfe20cc80.

Following this further shows a $rbp + 0x30 = 0x7ffffe20cc80,
which originates from $rsp.

So it looks like a pointer truncation caused by having the stack
at an address exceeding the 32-bit address space.

This remembered me of some debugging for another Delphi
application in bug #55833.

By commenting out the "free_reserved_memory( 0, (char *)0x7ffe0000 );"
I got the userinterface showing up of Tagscanner.

Wine executes this free_reserved_memory
because HIGH_ENTROPY_VA and DYNAMIC_BASE are set.
Unfortunately I could not find something obvious
how Wine could detect this and avoid this call.

If of any interest, the debugging details are in attached file,
part of the objdump of the executable,
and the minimal modification to make the userinterface appear.
