[Bug 6286] Running copy or move in cmd.exe with no files crashes

Tested in a console, and get the same error, as well as some err:imagelist
errors as cmd.exe starts - which I assume is just because no X server is available.

Also - the crash doesn't occur with "rename", which just reports "Path not
found" as it should.
