I've tried to preview a newly created how-to and was greeted with a 505:

Please provide the AppDB link for the specific app since I'm unable to
reproduce for other apps.

Did the error occur after being created and prior to being approved?

If now approved, is preview still broken?

Maybe it only occurs for particular circumstances/states.
