Just type "about:memory" into the address bar and hit enter. The tab crashes,
although not the entire browser.

winetricks corefonts doesn't help.

Not explicitly but the Arch package only supports new WoW64.

Your hunch was correct. Works fine with old WoW64 but crashes with new Wow64.
