It happens because mfplat_test.exe imports d3d11.dll which is missing. This triggers a #32770 dialog saying so and blocks the process. As a result WineTest.exe does not get the subtest list and issues the 'load error 1359' error. So to avoid false positives WineTest must be modified to detect this #32770 dialog and properly report the missing dll.
