Steps to reproduce
- Open winhelp
- Open example file
- Click "What's important in this window?"
- Click "Speed field"
- In the opened popup click UART.
- The second popup opens and closes immediately (see bug 55871)
- Click UART again

The second popup now stays open until you click, but the first popup never
closes again.
