[Bug 4056] winecfg is unusable with the default virtual desktop size

Sorry, but I was hoping the winecfg dialog would be resized to 480px vertical,
so it would conform to the VGA GUI guidelines (and as is stated in this bug
report). Now I will still have a problem configuring WINE on my UMPC with
800x480 display...
