I get the message: '4,6' is not a valid float point value. My installed system is a Ubuntu 16 with wine 4.9 English but with a latin input method (keyboard), using "," as decimal separator. On windows it respects the locale, on wine it does not. On my (German) VM, "4,6" is valid and "4.6" is not. For some reason it works for me now. Did you already try a fresh WINEPREFIX? You mean how to create a fresh WINEPREFIX? See https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#Can_I_store_the_virtual_Windows_installation_som....
