I do not own any steam games and am trying to purchase a game, when I try to buy from steams website It trys to load a page in steam something to the effect of steam:// but does not recognize to open the purchase page in stream instead I get a could not be displayed error in mozilla or opera. when I try to purchase through steam client, i get a "internet explorer: page cannot be displayed" error.
