wine configuration app is very small

I have a 1920x1080 display that I have set to 125% scaling through gnome's
settings. When I open the wine configuration app, wine mine, and dungeondraft
they are scaled so the ui is too small to read. I can partially fix this by
changing the screen resolution but then when I switch to my external monitor
(1440p at 100% scaling) everything is way to big and I need to restart my apps.
I tested this in wine 11.0 (staging) and 11.9 (latest).

winecfg offers DPI settings (default 96) for Graphics tab which may provide a
workaround in the meantime while a bug may need to be resolved.

Note DPI may cause unexpected game resolution/zoom as reported by this bug but
unclear how it should be handled for now:
