Load game dialog

Some icons in the Load Game and Save Game dialogs of RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 and
2 are rendered black or much darker than expected. See the attached screenshot.
Reproduced with the GOG and Steam versions. Demo version doesn't have load/save
function.

The regression was introduced in Wine 11.18. Bisect identified the following
commit:

25f928ad0713200939123875e6bb4a5626651339
win32u: Add some special cases for CreateCompatibleBitmap() with a display DC.

The issue is still present in Wine 11.20. The commit reverts cleanly on that
version, and reverting it fixes the icon rendering in both games.

The same commit fixed a graphics issue I reported in Return to Krondor (bug
#60296).
