The text box at the upper left of the window should show two lines of text. Running under Wine, it's only one line high and the scroll buttons at the right side consequently appear squashed. Run stellar2.exe. It was on a compilation CD-ROM of shareware programs. Still valid wine 2.0-git and staging 2.0.

From left to right: Col 1: Defined heights 1 to 8. Col 2: Defined heights 9 to 16. Col 3: Defined heights 17 to 24. Col 4: Defined heights 25 to 32.
Height in above refers to height defined in resource file (.rc) Value shown on listbox is rectange height calculated from top & bottom values read with GetWindowRect function.
