This refers both to the demo and the full 1.0 Gold release. _Shortly_ after starting a mission or sometimes when still in the menu, the game hangs with an error. The error disappears in two cases: 1. Deselecting all sound systems in 'winecfg' sound settings. 2. Using a version of wine before commit 6b8753185f30197047773af6a26eafd34d45367c was made. The above commit was found using a regression test between wine-1.1.25 and wine-1.1.40.
