For me it doesn't take longer than a minute or two. Can you please retest in a clean WINEPREFIX with the free version? Does it still have the same issue for you?
I can confirm I don't have the issue anymore, I've installed the program 3 times on different computers and I didn't get that bug anymore. I did the bug report when I was using 9.17 so it progrably got fixed with 9.18 Btw do you have bug 57220 https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57220 ? I did the bug report when I was using 9.17 so it progrably got fixed with 9.18
