When viewing these updates (using the Norwegian locale - don't know about the English one) some text is just jibberish. Oh, thought that was quite clear, but anyway: 1. Open Photoshop CS2. 2. In the top menu bar, press Help 3. In the fold down menu that appears, press Updates. A progress bar will appear, saying that it is checking for updates. If you haven't updated your system you will get this next dialog 4. Press "Vis detaljer" 5.
