[Bug 15155] New: Cortex Command builds 20, 21 immediately terminate upon startup

No sound is played, no window is opened. Cortex Command 19 worked just fine. With wine-1.1.31-397-g47ec8ab, however, after installing Cortex Command into a clean prefix and doing winetricks vcrun2005, I see a dialog box: "Unable to set specified graphics mode because: Overlays not supported! Now trying to default back to VGA..." and then the game subsequently starts.
