I haven't experienced this with my daily builds nor received any bug report
from any user of my FreeBSD port nor bento (the automated FreeBSD build system).

However, I've been using (and requesting, via the port) bison.  It definitely
does not work with BSD yacc, though I don't know whether this will be considered
a bug by the Wine developers.
