wine 0.9.44:
Photoshop 7.0 starts working very fast and having correct support of
international chars in layers, but having some problems:
1. "Save for web" dialog can't be opened
2. MDI windows now having decorations

Resolved by removing .kde settings ((
Still want decorations fix - but this is not a priority

Please open put one problem per bug report. I'm closing this one invalid.
Please open a new bug report (put severity as enhancement), for the decorations
issue.
