Here's just an example of an application failing Dan Kegel wanted there.
I checked the other bug, and the screenshot looks very different. I'm not a wine programmer, so it is possible the two bugs are related. But to the non-educated eye, they appear to be different. The only two How To topics in Acrobat Reader 6.01 are "Read eBooks" and "General topics". When you try and read one of those topics, however, the new window that pops up is empty.
