Instructions for reproduction/testing:

1. Create and use a clean, default WINEPREFIX (~/.wine).
2. Install the program normally.
3. Open the program normally.

When maximizing/restoring, resizing, or using the scroll bar, the program
displays many glitches and artifacts on the screen.
