Full clipboard log at the time of the failed paste

When running PhotoImpact 12 (an image editor) over wine, I can paste into it
image data generated by the application itself, but not image data generated
externally. The application was installed through wine.

The application's error message is "out of memory error", which is incongruous
since I'm testing with a small red square and despite being old, the
application has a memory capacity of 2gb. Larger images can be pasted as long
as they are generated within the application itself. (Plus this doesn't happen
on Windows, of course, where much larger images can be pasted from any source.)

I've copied the test image to the clipboard using this command in an attempt to
fill the clipboard with contents as simple as possible:

xclip -selection clipboard -t image/bmp -i test.bmp

I started wine with WINEDEBUG=+clipboard and it logged the attached sequence of
messages to stderr once I attempted to paste the test image. I don't know much
about wine's internals, but having noticed the "fixme" entries for two of the
three formats requested from the clipboard, I figured there might be something
that can be done here to get pasting to work properly.
