Some applications which used to work fine under earlier versions of wine now
crash under 1.7.10

The output contains:

err:msvcp:mutex_ctor Out of memory
err:module:attach_process_dlls "msvcp71.dll" failed to initialize, aborting

Examples of applications are: 
- Warhammer 40K Dawn of War and Winter Assault [Steam version]
- Puzzle Quest [Steam version]
