This applies to WineHQ Binary Packages for Debian Bullseye (amd64). I've tested this with 6.0.0, 6.0.1 and 6.12. 5.0.4 is fine. I only looked for bugs regarding winecfg, because anything else seemed to work. Not sure how to report this for Debian Bullseye, though.
