Maximizing/Switch to normal windowsize, corrupts position of mouse-click.

I've recorded a simple notepad-session:

Steps to reproduce:
- start notepad in "normal" window-state
- maximize window with it's button / drag to the top
- try to click some of your menus -> in my case, click seems to be fired
"anywhere" but not on position of the mouse cursors.

Happens on 2 physical machines with Linux Mint 22.3
It happens on a Linux-Mint 22.3-VM under VirtualBox/Windows
It doesn't happen on Debian/Wayland VM.
It doesn't happen on Lubuntu in a VM of VirtualBox

It happens on lubuntu as well, if DE is changed to Cinnamon x11.

It happens on Mint with experimental Wayland-Support, too.

So I assume, it's a Cinnamon-related issue.
