[Bug 4588] Window is not correctly redraw after alt+tab

No, This still persists on wine snapshot (2007-08-15)

When the shapes windows is opened, it still has a panel before the shapes.
After I scroll it or moves the (sub)window, it redraws correctly.

This happens also in the "Welcome window" opened on program startup. There is a
image behind the text but it doesn't show. When I move it, it shows and covers
the text.
