Programs that manage Windows services through WMI (System.Management in .NET)
fail:
- reading Win32_Service.Description, .PathName or .StartName returns
  WBEM_E_NOT_FOUND (0x80041002);
- invoking Win32_Service.ChangeStartMode returns WBEM_E_METHOD_NOT_IMPLEMENTED
(0x80041055).

Steps (.NET 4.8):
  foreach (ManagementObject s in new ManagementObjectSearcher(

Suggested patch attached (tested on Wine 11.19, applies to master):
- new columns Description (QueryServiceConfig2W(SERVICE_CONFIG_DESCRIPTION)),
PathName
  (lpBinaryPathName) and StartName (lpServiceStartName, "LocalSystem" when
empty, as Windows
  reports it);
- new method ChangeStartMode(in StartMode, out ReturnValue) using
ChangeServiceConfigW();
  unknown mode returns 21, other errors go through map_error().

wbemprox conformance tests: unchanged (the one query failure seen is present
without the patch
too). Open points: Description costs an extra
OpenService()+QueryServiceConfig2W() per service
during table fill; Change(), DelayedAutoStart, ErrorControl, ExitCode etc. are
still missing;
no new tests yet.

SALTO ProAccess Space 6.14, its configuration tool (WinForms, .NET Framework
4.8). On startup it
reads Win32_Service Description, PathName and StartName of its own service
through
System.Management to fill its "service properties" page (it fails with
0x80041002 on each
missing one), and when saving it calls Win32_Service.ChangeStartMode to apply
the selected
startup type (0x80041055). Those four are the only Win32_Service members it
needed.
