Jeremy Newman has offered to help somebody upgrade the current version of
bugzilla, but is unwilling to do it by himself.

Having one less place that harvesters can find my email address would be great,
but nobody is *responsible* for it.  We need a volunteer with the time and
skills to make it happen.
