The bug seems to be related to the detection of display settings, as there is a crash triggered during "winex11.drv.EnumDisplaySettingsEx". A workaround is to set "Emulate a virtual desktop" in winecfg. Things work properly with wine 5.12. I join the output of WINEDEBUG=+all winecfg. Bisecting leads to commit which introduces the crash. I'm not sure if it is worth fixing, as it seems related to missing installed dependency.
