[Bug 4849] AppDB displays maintainer version incorrectly since 0.9.10 was added

Well it's breaking AppDB, so this bug is not invalid.  The version numbers do
not display correctly with the space in them when the version is updated.  It
will only display 0.9. for 0.9.9 for instance.  Check the Skype 2.0 All Versions
section.
