Wine 11.20
SQLyog 13.3.1

6 monitors. I recently rearranged my monitor connections to (hopefully) prevent
XFCE crashing. SQLyog does not position pop up windows and menu bar drop downs
on the correct screen, unless I put the main window on the top left screen.
Most of the time those items appear on the top left screen when the main window
is not there. 

It was behaving fine until I rearranged my connections. 
Also fails on Wine 10 stable. 

Various xrandr output attached. 

(Possibly related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57581 ??)
