http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56137 --- Comment #1 from Bungeefan <severin.hamader(a)yahoo.de> --- Still happens with Wine 10.0. And without MP4, hardware acceleration seems impossible. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. But, mp4 still fails on: wine-10.14 (Staging). I also can reproduce this on proton 10. I would provide more notes, but I'm not familiar enough with wine to provide debug info -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. So I generated a logfile of the exception, it seems to happen around here(to help guide through the logfiles):
18020.442:0130:0148:warn:seh:dispatch_exception backtrace: --- Exception 0xc0000420. ... ... 18025.687:0130:021c:warn:vkd3d-proton:d3d12_pipeline_state_init_graphics_create_info: DSV format is DXGI_FORMAT_UNKNOWN. ... ... 18035.985:0130:01fc:info:vkd3d-proton:vkd3d_pipeline_library_disk_thread_main: Flushing disk cache (wakeup counter since last flush = 991). It seems like application has stopped creating new PSOs for the time being.
