what do you mean exactly with "clean WINEPREFIX"?
For an explanation of prefixes see: <https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#Wineprefixes> I.e. try setting the environment variable WINEPREFIX to a nonexistent directory and reinstalling the software.
can you confirm this error on your machine?
Using Wine 5.6, when entering a fake username and password I get "Sie haben einen falschen Benutzenamen oder ein falsches Passwort eingegeben", which seems to imply that no, but maybe it's necessary to enter real credentials to trigger the error?
