I hit the same bug recently, it's a bug in HTMLFormElement_submit, Jacek has a
patch for it. I've tested the patch manually and it works, any

Submit too fast, sorry.

I've tested the patch manually and it works, any further testing is welcome.
I don't know how to write a non-interactive test for it, other wise I'm willing
to improve and submit the patch. So I'm leaving it to Jacek :)
