Wine 11.19 console output

QuickBooks 2009 hangs earlier than Bug 34029 when using dotnet20 to work around
that bug.

I also installed mfc80 because the console complains a lot during installation,
though I don't know which component uses it.

Killing QBHelp.exe allows it to continue.
