simtower (setup.exe) says could not open the file name "h:\wine64....."

setup.exe tries to expand the files, but it says the above message. 
What i must do? 

I downloaded expand.exe to expand files in dosbox by hand but it takes time.

It asked for Disks.  must rename the installation folder into DISK1... DISK2
... DISK3... until it is installed completely.

Dont know what must be the normal behaviour. i havent tried to newer wine to
see what happens. 

dosbox is not the same as wine.

As far as I understand, programs should work out-of-the-box without having to
set WINEARCH. If you need to set WINEARCH=win32, that sounds like a bug in
WoW64 and this issue should remain open.

Myabandonware has three versions available for download. A 3MB Floppy version,
a 38 MB ISO version, and a 529 MB CD version. Which one are you testing with?

Tested the floppy version with Wine 11.5. It shows an error message about
"Insufficient memory or disk space". Can't test WINEARCH=win32 since the Arch
package no longer ships support for that.
